Terms of Service — RingVision

1. Acceptance of the terms

By using RingVision you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not accept them, you may not use the app.

2. Description of the service

RingVision is an application for boxing athletes and coaches that allows you to:

• Upload and analyse training videos
• Save and organise punch combinations
• Connect athletes and coaches
• Plan training, keep a journal and prepare for a match

3. User account

• You are responsible for the security of your credentials
• You must be at least 16 years old to register, and we ask you to confirm this on first access
• You may not create fake accounts or impersonate other users

4. Subscriptions and payments

• The Pro and Coach plans are personal auto-renewing subscriptions, purchased through the app stores
• Prices are those displayed at the time of purchase
• Cancellations of the Pro and Coach plans must be made through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android), in the subscription settings of your store account
• The RingVision Gym plan for gyms is not purchased through the app stores and is governed by section 4bis
• No refunds are provided for partial periods, except as required by applicable law
• Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription, which remains tied to your App Store or Google Play account and must be cancelled separately from there

4bis. RingVision Gym plan (gyms)

The RingVision Gym plan is reserved for gyms, associations and sports clubs, which subscribe to it in the course of their own business activity.

• It is activated and managed exclusively on the website, at ringvision.app/gym: it cannot be purchased through the App Store or Google Play
• The plan capacity (maximum number of connected coaches and athletes), the price and the length of the trial period are those stated on the plan page at the time of purchase
• The trial period is free and requires no payment method; it can be activated only once per gym and only once per account
• Payment is processed by Stripe: RingVision does not process or store card data
• The subscription renews automatically until cancelled, billed monthly or yearly; the billing period can be changed at any time from the gym Account page
• Cancellation can be made at any time from the billing portal reachable from the gym Account page: access to the plan features remains active until the end of the period already paid for
• While the plan is active, the coaches and athletes connected to the gym use the features included in the plan without taking out a personal subscription, within the capacity limits of the plan
• When the plan ends — through cancellation, expiry of the trial period or failed renewal — the gym is deactivated and the connected coaches and athletes are disconnected: they lose the features granted by the gym plan and revert to their own personal plan, while each user's personal data remains on their own account; videos above the free plan limit are governed by section 5quater
• If a payment fails, the plan may be suspended until the payment is settled

5. User content

• You are solely responsible for the content you upload (videos, combinations, notes, images)
• You may not upload illegal or violent content, or content that infringes third-party rights
• If your content portrays other people, you must have their consent to upload it
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms

5bis. Content ownership and licence

Your content remains yours. By uploading it you do not transfer ownership to us, nor any commercial exploitation right.

You grant us only a limited, non-exclusive and revocable licence to store, process and display your content for the sole purpose of delivering the service to you: hosting it, showing it to you, reproducing it in the app, sharing it with the coach or gym you have connected, and processing it with AI Analysis when you are the one starting it. The licence lasts as long as the content remains on the service and ends when you delete the content or the account.

We do not use your videos to train models. Videos do not enter any training archive, are not transferred to third parties and are not used for advertising purposes. The only contribution to improving our analysis model concerns movement data in pseudonymised form — never the video — and happens only if you enable the separate, optional consent described in section 4ter of the Privacy Policy, which can be withdrawn at any time from Settings → Privacy. Not enabling it does not limit your use of the app in any way.

5ter. AI Analysis

AI Analysis estimates punches, rhythm and other technical indicators from the video you submit to it. It runs only at your request and only after the explicit consent described in the Privacy Policy.

• Results are automated estimates, not certain measurements: they may contain errors, and their quality depends on framing, lighting and stability of the recording
• The analysis is intended for sports and self-monitoring purposes. It has no medical purpose: it provides no diagnosis, health assessment or nutritional advice, and does not replace the opinion of a doctor or a trainer
• Decisions about your training remain yours and your coach's

5quater. Video retention

The free plan lets you keep up to 3 videos, with no time limit. Paid plans (Pro, Coach and RingVision Gym) place no limit on your archive while the plan is active.

When a paid plan ends — through expiry, cancellation or withdrawal of the access granted by a gym — the videos exceeding the free plan limit remain accessible for a grace period of 60 days; after that they are permanently deleted, starting from the oldest. Videos uploaded by the coach to the athlete's account are never deleted by this procedure. We send a notice about 7 days before deletion. Reactivating a paid plan within the grace period means nothing is deleted.

6. Limitation of liability

Ridge Iyamu is not liable for:

• Loss of data resulting from technical issues
• Injuries arising from the use of the techniques shown in the app
• Training decisions taken on the basis of AI Analysis estimates
• Service interruptions due to maintenance or force majeure

Nothing in these Terms limits the rights granted to consumers by law, nor liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

7. Changes to the service and to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice. Changes to these Terms are notified in-app and, when they are substantial, we ask you to accept them again before continuing to use the app.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the competent court is that of the consumer's place of residence.
